Shipping:

Shipping is only available within the UAE. 

Once you’ve been selected as an eligible buyer on any item(s), you can have your item shipped directly to your preferred address with our trusted courier service and you can pay Cash on Delivery. You will only be paying the amounted offered against the item.

After scheduling your delivery, your item(s) may take a minimum of 3 days and a maximum of 12 daysto reach you.

When your delivery reaches you, you are required to present the courier driver with a valid Emirates IDand/or original passport in order to receive your item(s) along with the email confirmation sent to you.

Returns:

If you’re looking to return or exchange any item(s), please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

All Items sold cannot be returned or exchanged once delivered.

All Items sold are non-refundable.

Cancellations:

Once the delivery has been scheduled with the courier service, it cannot be cancelled.

However, in the event that a delivery being cancelled prior to being assigned to the courier company, an additional cancellation fee will be automatically charged.
