How do I register?

How do I get my own QR code?

After you have registered and created your account, a unique QR code will be then be sent to you.

How do I save my QR code?

For Apple users, you will be prompted by Apple Wallet to save the code, and Android users will have to screen shot the QR code or save the email with the code in it.

What do I do with my own QR Code?

You will present the QR code to the customer service desk at the mall, where they will scan it along with your receipts and allocate the respectivedeal creditsto your account.

Where do I find the Campaign QR code to scan?

You will find the Campaign QR code on tent cards and wobblers at the checkout counters of participating retailers and a on tent cards at the customer service desk.

Can I make an offer on products without spending?

Yes, you can browse all the deals at and place as manyoffers as you want for your favorite brands. However, you will still need to spend AED 200 or more at any of the participating malls to activate your Deal Credits.

Where do I need to spend?

Spend AED 200 or more at any of the participating malls at Abu Dhabi Mall, Al Ain mall, Al Raha Mall, Barrari Mall, Bawabat Al Sharq Mall, Bawadi mall, Deerfields Mall, Al Foah Mall, The Galleria Mall, Hili Mall, Jimi Mall, Khalidiyah Mall, Madinat Zayed, Marina Mall, Mazyad Mall, Mushrif mall, Al Wahda Mall, WTC Mall and Yas Mall.

How much do I need to spend?

You need to spend a minimum of AED 200. However, the more you spend, the more offersyou will be able to unlock.

Can receipts be bundled to reach the AED 200 minimum spend limit?

Yes, you can use multiple receipts from stores in the same mall you have shopped at in order to reach the AED 200 minimum spend requirement with receipts dated as of 26th Dec onwards only

How do I validate my receipt?

You will need to validate your receipt at the customer service desk.

How many Deal Credits do I get to activate for spending AED 200?

Each AED 200 you spend is equal to1 Deal Credit.

How many times can I make an offer on the same product
If you have available deal credits in your account, you may make an offer on the same product multiple times at different values.

Can I make an offer for multiple products?

Yes, if you have available deal credits in your account, you can make an offer on multiple products that are available on the platform.

How will I be notified if my offer is the selected or accepted offer?

You will receive an email or a phone call notifying you that your offer has been selected and eligible to buy the deal.

Where can I collect my prize?

Your product will be delivered to you via our partner courier company.

How do I pay for the product?

You will be able to pay Cash on Delivery when our partner courier company delivers the product to you.

How long do I have to wait for my product to be delivered to me?

The product that you have successfully offered for will be delivered within 3 to 12 business days.

I don’t have an email address; can I still register?

You will need both an email address and phone number to register.

Do I need to keep my receipt to claim my product?

No, you do not need you receipt to collect your product. We will already have your account information after you validate your receipt.

I don’t like my product, can I swap it for something else?

No, you cannot swap your product for another one, you may raise this issue only if the product is defected out of the box.

Can someone else collect the product for me?

No, you will need to provide your emirates ID to the courier company driverto confirm that you are receiving the product yourself.

Where can I see the terms and conditions for this promotion?
